How to book at Polaris Holidays
Booking a Polaris World property with our site is straight-forward.
Simply follow the steps below:-
1. Decide which resort you would like to stay in.
Each resort has a different atmosphere. For example, La Torre Golf Resort will be the busiest and liveliest of the resorts, with more restaurants and bars than the others. Whilst all of the resorts are five star quality, El Valle Golf Resort is the most exclusive of them all.
2. Decide which type of property you would like to stay in.
Full details and descriptions of each property are available on the site by clicking the 'details' link next to the brief property description. The details page will show whether the property suits your requirements. For example, you may require a private swimming pool, jacuzzi or air-conditioning in the bedrooms.
3. Check availability.
Enter your travel dates to check availability. The system will automatically delete properties which are not available during your travel dates. Decide which proerty you would like to book and click 'details'. The system will then show the full property details and available extras.
4. Enter optional extras.
You will be automatically offered optional extras such as a welcome pack or baby cot. You may want to spend an afternoon of your trip viewing properties available to buy - simply click the box for viewing tour in optional extras and we will be happy to organise this for you. When you have decided which, if any, extras you require, simply click the box next to any optional extra and click 're-calculate price'. The revised price will then be shown.
4. Reserve the property.
Click on 'Book now' to go to the reservations page. Fill out the booking form and enter any comments you would like to pass on to us. You can also enter your preferred check-in time here. Properties have a standard check-in time of 4pm and check-out time of 10am. However, where possible we will try to accommodate you if these times are not suitable. The reservations page will details the exact price of the booking along with any extras and also shows how much damage deposit will be required on check-in. Once you have filled in this form and any comments you would like to pass on to us, click on 'Reserve and proceed to payment'. The reservation will then be held for seven days and you will be emailed confirmation.
5. Send payment.
To confirm the booking you will need to pay the deposit. This can be made online by credit card, or by bank transfer or cheque. Details of where to send payment will be emailed to you when you reserve a property. Please make payment as soon as possible because reservations are only held for seven days. You will be emailed confirmation of your booking when funds have been recieved.
6. Deposit & cleaning fee.
Each property has a compulsory cleaning fee which will be shown on the reservation page. This will be added into your total payment to form the total charge. There will also be a refundable damage deposit which can be paid prior to travel by credit card or in cash upon check-in. This will be refunded following vacation of the property and confirmation from the property managers that there is no damage.
7. Key-handover.
Following confirmation of your booking you will be contacted by the property managers to arrange a convenient key-handover time. The property manager will be your contact whilst in Spain and will be able to assist you if you have any problems. We have tried to make the booking process as simple as possible.
