A luxury three bedroom detached villa situated in a quiet position on the Mar Menor Golf Resort.
The villa is decorated to a high standard and benefits from a living room, fitted kitchen, utility room, three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs shower room / WC.
There is a private sun terrace on the first floor, covered rear terrace and a good sized rear lawned garden. There is a communal swimming pool a few minutes walk from the villa.
Mar Menor Golf Resort – by Polaris World
The pioneer resort from Polaris World currently comprises 750 detached villas situated just five minutes away from the magnificent beaches and waters of the Mar Menor lagoon – the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. Mar Menor Golf Resort is in a truly privileged location - it is easily accessible from Murcia-San Javier and Alicante airports. It also has excellent access to the most important cities in the region - Murcia and Cartagena.
At the heart of the complex is the ‘Town Centre’ – which offers all types of amenities along with the 5 star Inter-Continental Hotel & Spa. Thanks to the success of the project, an extension is underway to offer additional properties and extend the golf course to 18 holes, with additional leisure areas.
Resort amenities.
There are many services on the resort for the use of residents and guests alike. Services include a supermarket, bank, hairdressing and beauty salon, healthcare centre, bars, restaurants, a fitness centre with up-to-date gym equipment, a travel agency offering excursions to the region’s attractions and a communal swimming pool.
There is also a superb Spa situated in the hotel, run by E’Spa, offering a comprehensive range of Spa treatments and mineral baths.
Golf
The resort currently has a superb nine hole, par 36, golf course designed by Dave Thomas that runs through the entire complex.
Its spectacular design demands a diverse range of shots to successfully overcome the obstacles, making it a challenge to players of all levels. The lakes play an important role as the game progresses, requiring of the player great skill and composure.
Restaurants & bars
Pizzeria Restaurant - El Olivo
Situated in the social centre, offering a varied menu in the luxurious surroundings of a restaurant which offers indoor and outdoor dining. Every occasion will be a memorable one at El Olivo.
AQVA Harmony
AQVA is a restaurant which seats 52 people and offers an à la carte menu in warm and welcoming Mediterranean surroundings. Exquisite seasonal dishes combine age-old recipes with a modern and innovative touch.
Nomad Mysticism
Discover the culinary arts of the Mediterranean region in Nomad. This restaurant is situated at the rear of the Inter-Continental Hotel with views across the pool area – ideal for al-fresco dining. Offering an international cuisine and seating 92, the restaurant provides you with plenty of room both inside and out.
Al Fresco Purity
Al Fresco is a poolside restaurant situated at the rear of the Inter-Continental Hotel, where you can enjoy a light meal in the fresh air. Seating 81, the restaurant offers a wide range of dishes prepared with the freshest and most natural of ingredients.
LOBBY BAR
The Lobby Bar is an exclusive place for celebrating a special occasion or for meeting your business associates or friends. The spacious and elegant surroundings are the ideal setting for a relaxed discussion of the day’s meeting or round of golf whilst enjoying a well-deserved drink.
PISTACHO BAR
Drinks become something rather special in Pistacho, thanks to the exhaustive range of drinks and ingredients from all over the world. A cheerful and colourful place throughout, there is regular live music played here by a variety of bands.
PINO´S BAR
There are always good times to be had in Pino’s Bar with its live music and varied entertainment program. A wide range of drinks and a comfortable atmosphere make it an ideal meeting place. Able to accommodate 100 people it is the perfect venue for a magnificent cocktail in good company.
WOOD HOUSE BAR
After playing a round on the golf course, there is nothing better than having a drink while talking about the best shots of the game. The Wood House will surprise you with a range of drinks and snacks. The Wood House bar offers superb views of the sunset from the terrace.
Shuttle bus
Any guest staying on a Polaris World Resort can use the facilities and services of all the Polaris World resorts, including the golf courses, bars and restaurants. Polaris World operate a shuttle service to take guests between the resorts. This currently runs four times daily but please check this as the service is subject to change as the resorts develop.
