A very well presented frontline townhouse which will sleep 4/5 people and furnished to a very high standard with fabulous views over the golf course. The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One twin bedroom is ground floor which has a separate family bathroom with shower over bath. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which could sleep two children or one adult in comfort. Upstairs is the master bedroom twin/double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with chest of drawers. All linen and towels are provided for use within the property. There is also a safe fitted for your passports/credit cards etc.
The accommodation has three outside terraces all with fantastic views of the golf course. The ground floor terrace is covered for protection from the hot sun, and can be lit in the evening for al-fresco dining. The other two terraces on the 1st and second floor have the same views of the 13/14 greens. There is off street parking at the front of the house and has space for other vehicles for family/friends. The property is in a peaceful location for a good rest and nights sleep. The town centre is two minutes in the car for the night hawks. The 33metre communal pool and tennis courts are only a short walk away or two minutes in the car.
The lounge is stylishly furnished it has two leather sofas (one a sofa bed) dining table for six, coffee table, LCD slimline/flatsreen digital 32in TV with numerous UK and European channels, DVD player, two CD/radio players, games and books should you get bored with the Television.
Leading off the lounge through the large patio doors is the large covered terrace with seating for six, for family and friends, or use the BBQ if you don’t want a formal meal, again the terrace can be lit for the evening.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with electric oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, fill range of utensils and cutlery are provided, we have also provided an iron and board should you want something to do!
Leading from the first floor master bedroom through the patio doors onto another large terrace complete with sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table and two sun loungers with drinks table, parasol for shade from the hot sun. All the furniture is of good quality material. Finally for your convenience there is a barrel bar drinks fridge for that long cool drink while you sun/bath on the terrace.
On the third upper terrace you will find two further sun loungers drinks table and dining table seating for four.
La Torre Golf Resort – by Polaris World
The largest and busiest resort from Polaris World is situated just fifteen minutes away from the magnificent beaches and waters of the Mar Menor lagoon – the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. La Torre Golf Resort is easily accessible from Murcia-San Javier and Alicante airports. It also has excellent access to the most important cities in the region - Murcia and Cartagena.
There is a fantastic ‘Town Centre’ designed like a fishing village situated around a large lake. The town centre offers all types of amenities along with a 5 star Crowne Plaza Hotel & Spa. The town centre and hotel is currently under construction so please check with us what facilities are available.
Resort amenities.
There are many services on the resort for the use of residents and guests alike. Services include a large supermarket, bank, hairdressing and beauty salon, healthcare centre, bars, restaurants, a travel agency offering excursions to the region’s attractions and numerous communal swimming pools.
There is also under construction a superb Spa, run by E’Spa, which will offer a comprehensive range of Spa treatments and mineral baths.
Golf
The resort has a superb 18 hole, par 69, golf course designed by Nicklaus Design that runs through the entire complex.
Its spectacular design includes large bankers and huge lakes, making it a challenge to players of all levels. The lakes play an important role as the game progresses, requiring of the player great skill and composure. There are some spectacular golf holes on this course.
Restaurants & bars
There are various restaurants and bars on this resort. In the clubhouse there is:-
ENCINA RESTAURANT
A superb restaurant offering buffet lunches and a la carte dinners. The restaurant has a lovely terrace with great views across the lake, plus luxurious indoor tables. An ideal venue for lunch and dinner.
PINO´S BAR
Upstairs in the clubhouse there are always good times to be had in Pino’s Bar. With live music and a varied entertainment program. A wide range of drinks and a comfortable atmosphere make it an ideal meeting place.
WOOD HOUSE BAR
After playing a round on the golf course, there is nothing better than having a drink while talking about the best shots of the game. The Wood House offers a good range of drinks and snacks. The Wood House bar offers superb views from the terrace.

An authentic Sports Pub that is ideal for tasting the great variety of excellent beers while watching a football match. There is live music and plasma screens broadcasting sports and leisure.
“EL ROBLE” TAPAS BAR
A bar specialized in Mediterranean tapas where eating is a real pleasure, getting to know in depth this important part of the gastronomy culture in South Spain.
“LA ACACIA” TRATTORIA
The wide menu of this restaurant is based on exclusive Italian products, offering starters, primari and segundi by which the guests will be able to make a gastronomic trip and discover the most emblematic dishes in Italy. Large terraces on the lake provide unbeatable views and a warm atmosphere.
“EL AVELLANO” ICE-CREAM PARLOUR
Offering many different tastes of delicious ice-creams that will be the favourite desert of many of us during the summer.
Shuttle bus
Any guest staying on a Polaris World Resort can use the facilities and services of all the Polaris World resorts, including the golf courses, bars and restaurants. Polaris World operate a shuttle service to take guests between the resorts. This currently runs four times daily but please check this as the service is subject to change as the resorts develop. |
